Welcome to T&D Landscaping. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

T&D Landscaping provides residential and commercial lawn care services including, but not limited to:

  • Routine lawn mowing

  • Leaf Cleanup

  • Fertilization and weed control

  • Aeration and overseeding

  • Mulching and seasonal cleanups

  • Commercial lawn maintenance

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property assessment.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on property size, service type, and site conditions.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Lawn condition

  • Accessibility

  • Terrain difficulty

  • Additional requested services

Residential mowing is priced according to square footage, with minimum service charges applied where applicable.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and seasonal demand.

T&D Landscaping reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule services due to weather

  • Adjust service dates for safety reasons

  • Modify routes for operational efficiency

Customers will be notified of scheduling changes whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Electronic Payment Transfer

  • Business Invoice Billing (Commercial Accounts)

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Late fees

  • Cancellation of recurring service plans

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Missed appointment charges

Recurring service plans may require written cancellation notice.

6. Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear lawn access on service day

  • Gates are unlocked if needed

  • Pets are secured safely away from work areas

T&D Landscaping is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.

7. Weather Delays

Services may be postponed due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Storms

  • Unsafe ground conditions

  • Severe weather warnings

Delayed services will be rescheduled as soon as conditions safely allow.

8. Liability

T&D Landscaping is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect customer property.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing lawn damage

  • Hidden underground utilities not disclosed by customer

  • Damage caused by unmarked obstacles in service areas

Customers must report concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

9. Commercial Contracts

Commercial maintenance agreements may include:

  • Monthly billing terms

  • Contract duration requirements

  • Custom service schedules

Specific commercial contract terms will be outlined separately in signed agreements

10. Website Use

All website content including text, branding, logos, and images is property of T&D Landscaping and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

T&D Landscaping reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon website posting.
